The exhibition “Salvador Dalí, tra arte e mito”, will be held at the Museo Storico della Fanteria di Roma, from January 25 to July 27, 2025, a journey into Dalí’s Surrealism, the artistic movement that celebrates its first centenary in 2025. On display, over eighty works: lithographs (including the ones illustrating the works of García Lorca and the Divine Comedy), engravings, drawings, tapestries, sculptures, glass, ceramics, jewelry and a series of photographs, books and documents. Visitors will explore the itinerary of the eccentric Spanish Genius from his youth to his last dreamlike experiments.
In addition, several works by other great artists, such as René Magritte, Max Ernst, André Masson, Man Ray, Leonor Fini, Giorgio de Chirico and writers like André Breton, Jean Cocteau and Louis Aragon will be exhibited.
